Health code is the essential certificate for passengers traveling to China, which will be issued by the Chinese Embassy in Dominica according to the following requirements.

1.Passengers traveling to China must take one PCR test in either Dominica or the country of transfer. The test must be done within 48 hours before the direct flight to China takes off.

2.Passengers must apply for health code with the negative result from the Chinese Embassy in the country where the test is done at https://hrhk.cs.mfa.gov.cn/H5/. Please make sure the code is still valid when the direct flight to China takes off and prepared for checking by the airlines before boarding.

3.The PCR test should be performed by legal institutions, and the results should contain specific information such as name, passport number, date of birth, date of collection, date of report and the contact information of the testing institution. Passengers must make sure the results are valid or the health code will not be issued.

4.The following documents are to be uploaded for health code application:

(1) 1 PCR result.

(2) Flight itinerary.

(3) Passport, Chinese visa or resident permit.

(4) Valid certificate of full vaccination. (not necessary)
