China and Dominica Sign Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement

On December 6, 2013,  H. E. Wang Zonglai, Ambassador of the People's Republic of China to the Commonwealth of Dominica, and Hon. Roosevelt Skerrit, Prime Minister of Dominica signed an Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement between the two countries.
