 On March 4,the fifth regular consultation between the Chinese Embassy and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Commonwealth of Dominica was held in Roseau. Ambassador Li Jiangning co-chaired the meeting with Ms.Francine Baron,Minister for Foreign Affairs and CARICOM Affairs.
