On November 15, Chinese Ambassador Lu Kun had working talks with Dominican Foreign Minister Francine Baron. They exchanged views on common concerned issues. Dominican Ambassador to China Martin Charles also attended.

Ambassador Lu said that China highly values the China-Dominica relations and the bilateral cooperation in various fields has achieved remarkable results over the past 15 years since the establishment of diplomatic ties. He said that China is willing to strengthen communication and coordination with Dominica, promoting friendship between the two countries and making new progress.

Foreign Minister Baron expressed her gratitude to the Chinese government for its support to Dominican economic and social developments. She also thanked the Chinese Embassy for its active promotion and coordination on relevant projects. She said that Dominica will continue to adhere to the One-China principle and deepen the development of China-China relations.
