Thank you for your congratulatory message for the 15th anniversary of diplomatic relations between China and Dominica. On this important occasion, I would like to extend my warm congratulations and best wishes to you and through you, to your government on behalf of the Chinese government and in my own name.
I am pleased to see the healthy and steady development of China-Dominica relations, fruitful results of our pragmatic cooperation in all areas, strengthened friendship between our peoples and sound communication and coordination on international and regional affairs as a result of our joint efforts over the past 15 years. China attaches great importance to the development of our bilateral relations and would like to take this opportunity of the 15th anniversary to bring our relations of friendship and cooperation to a new level for the greater benefit of our two countries and peoples.
